What you may do

You may use the generator and the names it makes in your stories, games and role-play, as often as you like and without an account.

What you may not do

Do not sell the generator or its sound lists as your own product, do not scrape the site in bulk, and do not copy the site’s code, layout or lists and publish them as your own.

Your feedback

When you send a note through the feedback form you allow us to read it and, if it helps, act on it. We do not publish your note.

Names and trademarks

Names of books, games, brands and worlds that we mention belong to their owners. Name Cauldron is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. A generated name can match an existing name or trademark; checking is your job.

Accuracy and liability

Names are random combinations, provided as they are, without a guarantee that a name is unused or suitable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss from using them. These terms do not name a court or country, and your rights as a consumer where you live are not affected.

Changes and contact
